When communicating with our office, please indicate the type of property (single family, 2-4 family, land, etc.), reason for the appraisal (refinance, estate, PMI removal, purchase, investment property, etc) and any other information that you believe might be relevant to the appraiser (amount of improvements, tenant's rent, etc).**
