Remember the days when appraisals were filled out via typewriter and then mailed or hand delivered to the intended user? Well, A la mode makes those days a thing of the past. Star Appraisals, Inc. will create a high quality report and then digitally send it to the intended user by way of e-mail. All of this takes a grand total of 15 seconds... as opposed to the days or weeks that it used to take. The valuation of your home can be to the lender faster, thus paving the way for them to make an informed decision on your loan or refinancing application in a much shorter time frame. Similarly, commercial reports can be sent in secured .pdf format directly via e-mail in a similarly fast fashion.
